1. Who we are
JustVible ("we", "us", "our") is a software service operated from Vietnam by its founder. JustVible enables users to create and publish their own mobile apps using AI-powered generation tools, available on the web at justvible.app and on Android via Google Play.

2. Data we collect
2.1 Account data
When you register we collect your name, email address, and assign an internal user ID (UUID), which is also shared with RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. We do not collect phone numbers, government IDs, or physical addresses.
2.2 Subscription and billing data
Purchases inside the Android app are processed by Google Play; purchases on justvible.app are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. We receive purchase/transaction identifiers, product IDs, and subscription state (via RevenueCat) and store them to record your entitlement in our database. We never collect, store, or process your payment card number, bank details, or billing address — payment data is handled exclusively by Google Play or Paddle.
2.3 AI-generation inputs
When you use AI app generation, your text instructions and prompts are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API for processing, and conversation context may be retained during a session for continuity. Do not include sensitive personal information (passwords, financial data, government IDs) in your prompts.
2.4 Usage and diagnostics
Session metadata (e.g. last app use) is collected by RevenueCat for subscription attribution. Crash logs and performance diagnostics are collected on Cloudflare infrastructure for debugging and are not linked to your name or email.
2.5 Device identifiers
The RevenueCat SDK collects device type and OS version to attribute subscription events across devices. We do not independently collect device serial numbers, IMEI, or advertising identifiers.

We do not sell your personal data, use it for targeted advertising or behavioral profiling, or share it with parties not listed in Section 4.

5. Data retention

After the retention period, data is permanently deleted. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days (Section 6).
6. Your rights
Under Vietnam Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, withdraw consent for AI processing (this disables generation features), and request portability. Email privacy@justvible.app or support@justvible.app (subject "Data Deletion Request" for deletion). We respond within 30 days; complex requests may take up to 60 days with notice. You may also lodge a complaint with the Vietnam Ministry of Science and Technology (data protection authority) or your local supervisory authority.
7. Children's privacy
JustVible is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@justvible.app and we will delete it promptly.
8. Data security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3; database data is encrypted at rest on Cloudflare infrastructure; production access is restricted to authorized personnel. Our processors maintain their own security programs (SOC 2 / ISO 27001 where applicable). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International data transfers
Our sub-processors (Google, Paddle, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Anthropic) are headquartered in the United States or United Kingdom and operate globally. By using JustVible you consent to the transfer of your data to these providers in accordance with their privacy policies and data-transfer mechanisms.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we will post the update here with a new date, show an in-app notice, and email registered users at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
