Terms of Service

1. Who we are
JustVible ("JustVible", "we", "us") is a software service operated from Vietnam that lets you create, build, and publish mobile applications using AI-powered generation tools. JustVible is available as a web application at justvible.app and as an Android application distributed through Google Play. Contact: support@justvible.app.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using JustVible, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union) to use JustVible.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions, credits, and billing
- Plans. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Max) are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Current prices are listed on our Pricing page. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew.
- Web purchases. Purchases made on justvible.app are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. Paddle handles checkout, payment, applicable taxes, and payment data; your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. We never see or store your card details.
- Android in-app purchases. Purchases made inside the Android app are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.
- Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
- Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal after the notice period.

5. AI-generated content
JustVible uses third-party AI models (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate app layouts, code, and content from your instructions. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies; review generated apps before publishing or relying on them. You are responsible for the apps you create and publish, including their content and their compliance with applicable laws and app-store policies.
6. Your content and license
You retain ownership of the instructions you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, the apps generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — to process, store, build, and host your projects and to transmit your instructions to our AI providers. We do not sell your content or use it to train our own models.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use JustVible to:
- create or distribute apps that are unlawful, deceptive, or infringe the rights of others;
- generate malware, scams, or content that violates Google Play or other app-store policies;
- attempt to breach, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
- resell or provide automated third-party access to the service without our written consent.
8. Service availability and changes
JustVible is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustVible shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using JustVible and delete your account at any time by contacting support@justvible.app. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will post the updated terms at justvible.app/terms and notify registered users by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
